We're Hiring: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Job Location: Pune

Salary: 20,000 40,000 (Based on interview & experience)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) professional located in Udaipur. The HR role involves managing HR operations, implementing and overseeing HR policies, developing and managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring smooth personnel management. Additionally, responsibilities include addressing employee concerns, supporting talent acquisition efforts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and practices
• Demonstrated experience in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and crafting effective programs
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus
