This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Vadodara. The Human Resources Executive will handle HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies to support the organization's objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and ensuring a supportive work environment that fosters employee development and organizational success.

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles
• Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
• Strong understanding and implementation of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws
• Ability to foster positive Employee Relations and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of HR software and tools is an advantage
