Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support recruitment operations for Enjen AI. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who's eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates across tech, data, and strategic roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting across platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
• Communicate professionally with candidates via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Help organize internal HR processes and maintain compliance records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 02 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently
• Comfortable working from our office in Akshay Nagar, Bannerghatta Main Road
