Roles and Responsibilities

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract talent.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
