We're looking for an HR Operations Executive who obsesses over smooth onboarding and flawless people operations. You'll be the architect of first impressions, making sure every new joiner feels welcomed, enabled, and ready to do their best work from Day 1. If checklists, systems, and people vibes all matter to you equally, you'll fit right in.

What You will do :

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey from Offer accepted to Fully settled and thriving.
• Be the point person for all joining formalities including documentation, background checks, HRMS setup, and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers, IT, payroll, and admin teams to ensure laptops, logins, and smiles are ready on Day 1.
• Keep employee data clean, accurate, and up-to-date across systems. Zero chaos, zero confusion.
• Handle day-to-day HR ops like attendance, leaves, employee queries, and HR reporting.
• Build and refine onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and policies as we scale.
• Act as a friendly first face for new joiners, answering questions before they even know they have them.
• Support audits, compliance, and internal stakeholder requests without breaking a sweat.

What you will need :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
• 24 years of hands-on HR Ops experience, with onboarding being your strong suit.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and HR tech tools.
• Sharp communication skills and an even sharper eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-growth, no-two-days-are-the-same startup.
• A mindset that balances empathy with efficiency. You care about people and processes equally.
