Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in India. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, and foster positive employee relations. Responsibilities will include managing recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will also ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while promoting a collaborative workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training
• Experience in HR Operations and implementation of Human Resources (HR) systems
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and handling workplace conflict resolutions
• In-depth knowledge of creating, implementing, and updating HR Policies
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in India
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
