Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, implement and monitor HR policies, and handle employee relations. Key responsibilities also include overseeing recruitment efforts, managing employee records, and addressing workplace needs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience working in startups or a dynamic organizational environment is a plus
