Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for international voice & Non-Voice process
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
• 1-2 years of experience in BPO hiring (international processes preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
