Job Overview:

We are hiring an HR Executive to lead our talent journeymanaging recruitment, onboarding, exits, and fostering an engaging workplace. You'll drive timely HR deliverables, coordinate campus placements, arrange training sessions, and support company events, playing a key role in building a motivated team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate degree (any specialization); HR certifications preferred.
• 2+ years experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Excellent communication and resume screening skills.
• Proficiency with HR tools, automation platforms, and software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in task management.
