Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Nagpur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all human resources processes. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, handling grievances, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Experience in Employee Relations and creating and maintaining positive workplace culture.
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in core Human Resources (HR) functions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
