Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Hotel Centre Point, located in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing and upholding HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and handling various HR management tasks. They will also collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and maintain a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in HR Management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
• Experience in HR Operations, such as payroll, compliance, and administrative processes
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations and dispute resolution strategies
• Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation with adherence to legal regulations
• Proficiency in core Human Resources principles and practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
