About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee life cycle management. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational culture and people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Core HR Operations
- Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit).
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance appraisal processes and HR analytics.
2. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and records.
- Assist in HR audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
- Keep updated with changes in labor laws and HR regulations.
3. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and internal communication.
- Address employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.
4. Recruitment Support (as needed)
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
