Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Gurugram. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure efficient HR management processes. Responsibilities will also involve supporting employee engagement, recruitment efforts, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
1. Recruitment & Staffing- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive candidate sourcing.
2. HR Operations- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive company culture.
4. Performance Management- Coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timely completion.
- Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
5. Compliance & Policy Management- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits, documentation, and policy updates.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 14 years of experience in an HR generalist/executive role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
