Job Description

Company: Bluescope AV Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri - Corporate Office)

Compensation: 2.5L - 4 LPA (Annual CTC)

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Processes:

  1. Screening resumes and application forms.
  2. Filtering incoming applications.
  3. Calling shortlisted candidates and setting up interviews.
  4. Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job boards, career pages, and social media.
  5. Managing joining formalities, induction, exit interviews, etc.

Job Description:

  1. Compile payroll information, such as bank accounts, working hours, and leaves, and assist with salary processing and HR compliance tasks.
  2. Assist staff members with HR-related matters, including paid time off and compensation, and address any arising issues.
  3. Maintain both paper and electronic employee records and files.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws.
  5. Organize team-building exercises, implement new perks and rewards, and resolve difficulties to enhance job satisfaction.
  6. Plan and execute training and development activities.
  7. Promote HR initiatives to establish a productive and peaceful workplace.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies.
  2. Conduct performance reviews on a quarterly and annual basis.
  3. Handle activities related to annual increments and performance management.

Eligibility and Requirements:

  1. Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources department.
  2. Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
  3. Good knowledge of employment and labour laws.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A team-oriented mindset.
