Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with organisation standards. The role includes facilitating recruitment processes, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the company's overall HR strategy to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Open to working on-site in Varanasi with the ability to foster a collaborative work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition is a plus
