Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR procedures. The role also involves creating strategies to improve workplace culture, coordinating recruitment processes, and managing employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- In-depth knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage teams and resolve workplace conflicts
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR within a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry is a plus
