Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Salary: 15,000 Take-home
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Off

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and career growth in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview processes.
Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Assist in attendance management and payroll inputs.
Prepare HR reports and maintain data accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment lifecycle.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
