Human Resources Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and enforcing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and driving organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, maintaining employee records, managing payroll, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, the HR Executive will work towards enhancing workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

• Strong background in HR Management and HR Operations
• Demonstrated experience in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies
• Understanding of core Human Resources (HR) practices and trends
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in a creative or agency setting is a plus
