This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR Manager specializing in Performance Management. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership teams, defining KPI metrics, conducting appraisals, and implementing employee development programs. The role also involves identifying upskilling opportunities and addressing performance gaps to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Performance Management, KPI development, and employee evaluation methods
  • Strong experience in Workforce Planning, Talent Management, and Succession Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Analytical skills for conducting data-driven assessments and creating performance improvement plans
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for performance tracking and appraisal systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are an advantage
  • Proven ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
