Human Resources Executive

Aegis Digital Networks (ADN) is a technology consulting and engineering firm providing state-of-the-art design engineering services for telecom carriers, cable/broadband service providers, municipalities, educational institutions, and large private enterprises. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and overseeing HR management functions. Day-to-day tasks will include recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• HR Management, HR Operations, and overall Human Resources (HR) skills
• Employee Relations and developing HR Policies skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus
