Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee and manage the company's HR operations, implement HR policies, and maintain efficient employee relations. Key responsibilities include recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will require collaboration with different teams to ensure a positive workplace environment and alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Hyderabad.
