Human Resources Executive (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Understanding role requirements clearly and hiring the right cultural fit
- Coordinating with team leaders for manpower planning
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Ensuring smooth joining and induction processes
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Acting as a bridge between management and employees
- Ensuring employee well-being, motivation, and engagement
- Addressing employee concerns with maturity and confidentiality
- Maintaining HR policies, attendance, leaves, and records
- Supporting performance reviews and feedback processes
Culture & Compliance
- Building a positive, professional, and accountable work culture
- Ensuring discipline, clarity, and transparency in HR processes
- Supporting management in implementing HR policies and systems
- Helping create an environment where employees feel valued and heard

- 24 years of experience in HR Operations & Recruitment
- Strong hiring skills with clarity on quality recruitment
- Highly positive attitude towards people and work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a team of 75+ employees confidently
