Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will oversee daily HR operations, including implementing HR policies and managing employee relations. Other responsibilities include coordinating HR management tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards, and supporting strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a conducive work environment and driving organisational success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and a solid understanding of Human Resources concepts and practices
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
