We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in India. The HR Director will oversee the development and implementation of human resource practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include designing and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management programs, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with department leaders to foster a positive workplace culture.

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management processes
• In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Experience in managing on-site HR teams is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
