Hiring for HRBP
Job Title: HRBP – BHR / Employee Relations
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–2 years in HRBP / Employee Relations
Shifts : Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support employee lifecycle and engagement.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Support HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes.
Work on employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
Requirements:
1–2 years of proven experience in HRBP/Employee Relations role.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage employee grievances with empathy and professionalism.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
Preferred:
Prior BPO industry HRBP experience.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
