Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders to drive performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development while ensuring HR policies and processes are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Support manpower planning and organizational restructuring.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor PMS cycles.
- Guide managers on goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Support appraisal and compensation discussions.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Ensure a positive and productive work culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field (MBA-HR preferred).
- 36 years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in HRBP role).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience handling end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
