Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBA in Human Resources.
Experience: 1-4 years in HR roles (preferred experience in Talent Management, L&D, or HR Operations).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce planning, and HR tech tools (SAP Success
Factors, Workday, etc.).
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employment regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and business acumen.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to manage diverse workforce dynamics.
