About Ooms India
Ooms India manufactures value-added bituminous products that power roads and runways across the country. With 25+ years of expertise, NABL-accredited R&D, and multi-location manufacturing, the company focuses on performance, durability, and long-term infrastructure outcomes — not just supply.
The Role
This is not a traditional HR role.
The HR Business Partner at Ooms India is a business-critical position responsible for aligning people strategy with execution across plants and corporate teams. You'll work closely with leadership to translate business goals into real, on-ground outcomes — driving accountability, improving performance, and solving operational challenges. If your idea of HR is policies and engagement calendars, this role will stretch you. If you enjoy fixing what's broken and building what works, you'll fit right in.

- Drive workforce planning across plants and corporate functions
Performance & Accountability
- Build and run performance systems that actually drive outcomes
