Our AI agents handle phone calls, prior authorizations, and revenue cycle workflows for large specialty practices across the US. The Role
This isn't a traditional HR role. You'll be equal parts recruiter, operator, and culture builder — embedded with the founding team, moving at founder speed.
You'll hire across the full stack (engineers, AI/ML, GTM, ops), build the systems that make hiring repeatable, and be the person who always knows how the company is actually doing. You'll also be the first person to own employer brand — telling NxD's story publicly and building a talent community before we need it.
What You'll Own
- Source, screen, and close technical and non-technical roles end-to-end. Build pipelines proactively — not just post and wait.
- Be the first filter on every candidate. Build scorecards, run structured screens, and protect founder time.
- Stand up lightweight recruiting infrastructure — ATS, stage gates, comp benchmarks — so hiring runs like a system, not a scramble.
- Own onboarding from day one through the 30-day mark. Every new hire should feel set up to win.
- Run regular pulse checks across the team. Be the early-warning system on engagement, friction, and retention.
- Drive employer brand — LinkedIn content, team spotlights, building in public. Make NxD visible to the people we want to hire next year.
- Take on founder's office projects — cross-functional follow-ups, internal deadlines, anything that's falling between the cracks.
You Should Be
- 2-3 years in, with at least 1 year recruiting at a startup or high-growth company
- Comfortable screening engineers and GTM candidates — you don't need to code, but you need to tell signal from noise
- Extremely organized, low-ego, high-ownership
- A clear, concise communicator — written and verbal
- Energized by ambiguity and building from scratch
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

- Worked in a Chief of Staff or People + Ops hybrid role
