Human Resources Business Partner (Retail)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (Retail) based in Noida. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and enhancing HR policies, fostering strong employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. They will oversee performance management processes, provide strategic HR guidance, and serve as a key resource for resolving employee concerns while aligning HR strategies with business objectives in the retail environment.

• Expertise in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Experience in Employee Relations and the application of Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management and employee development processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment
• Ability to work on-site and effectively manage HR functions in a retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus)
• Prior HR experience in the retail or fashion industry is advantageous
