Urgent hiring for HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Profile :HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Experience: 2 Years
CTC: 4.6 LPA ( Depends on Interview )
Location: SP Road, Hyderabad
Job Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to address HR-related concerns.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Support management in implementing HR initiatives and resolving employee issues.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR/HRBP roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
- Candidates who can work from SP Road, Hyderabad.
