What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee lifecycle management, organizational culture, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that enhance employee experience.
• Coach managers on talent management, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution while ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data protection standards.
• Leverage HR metrics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to address workforce needs.
• Support onboarding, performance reviews, exits, leadership development, and transformation initiatives.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for business leaders and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

✔ 6+ years of progressive HRBP experience

✔ Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

✔ Experience supporting dynamic and fast-paced business environments

✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance

✔ Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills

✔ Full-Time MBA (Mandatory)
