Important Experience in Series A or Series B startups is required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Own end-to-end hiring across business, operations and support roles (white + blue collar).
- Work closely with founders and hiring managers on role scoping, JD creation and hiring strategy.
- Build strong sourcing pipelines via job portals, referrals and direct outreach.
- Ensure a fast, high-quality candidate experience and close positions within defined timelines.
- Track and improve key hiring metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, cost per hire).
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own onboarding to exit lifecycle (offer rollout, induction, documentation, exit formalities).
- Maintain HRMS accuracy, employee records and documentation hygiene.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements and vendor interactions.
- Ensure basic compliance and policy adherence.
- Drive process improvements to make HR more efficient and scalable.
3. HR Business Partnering
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Support performance management, feedback cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and retention conversations.
- Provide basic HR analytics and insights to support decision-making.
