Position Overview
You'll drive people strategy and operations across multiple business wings of a rapidly scaling AI company. You'll partner directly with leadership to build technology-focused culture while maintaining operational excellence across diverse business units. This role offers the opportunity to shape HR practices at massive scale while supporting the company's mission to serve 100M+ users across India.
Role & Responsibilities
You partner with business leaders across multiple wings to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
You design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with diverse business objectives
You drive employee engagement initiatives and culture programs for technology and business teams
You lead compensation benchmarking and planning for competitive talent market across sectors
You manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation across business units
You support organizational design and restructuring as the company scales across multiple business verticals
You develop learning and development programs focused on skill advancement and leadership growth
Must Have Criteria
3-6 years of HR Business Partner experience in technology companies
Experience supporting engineering teams and technical talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements
Proven track record in scaling teams from 30 to 100+ employees
Experience with performance management systems and compensation planning
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership
Nice to Have
Previous experience in large enterprise or conglomerate environments
Experience working across multiple business units or verticals
Knowledge of global hiring and remote work policies
HR analytics and people data experience
Experience with organizational change management
