This is a role where compliance is non-negotiable, audits are constant, and execution speed matters.
What this role will own:
Driving end-to-end compliance across labour laws, contract workforce, and documentation
Leading multiple audits (Operator, Government, External) with zero-gap readiness
Partnering with operations to ensure discipline, workforce control, and productivity
Managing a large, diverse workforce with strong governance
Building systems that bring clarity, control, and consistency on-ground
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in HRBP / HR Operations with deep compliance exposure
Someone who understands labour laws, audits, and contract workforce inside-out
Ability to work with urgency, ownership, and attention to detail
A professional who can balance people engagement with strong governance
