HR Business Partner (Night Shift)
Location: Thane
Shift: Night Shift (US/UK Time Zone)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support night-shift operations and collaborate closely with business leaders and employees. The role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and driving people initiatives in a fast-paced BPO/KPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulse checks
- Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to monitor employee sentiment and performance health
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and coach managers and employees to achieve defined goals
- Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and provide proactive HR guidance
- Handle employee grievances effectively, ensuring timely and fair resolution
- Support talent retention initiatives and internal mobility strategies
- Maintain accurate HR processes, documentation, and reports
Requirements
- 24 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Prior experience in a BPO/KPO environment is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-cultural, global teams
