Job Description

Role - Regional HR Business Partner

Location - Mumbai, India

Portfolio - Verticals part of Non RBB Business (Maharashtra Region)

Travel Required - Yes inter city

Role Type - Individual Contributor

Reporting to - Regional Head HR

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Education - MBA in HR

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding to Exit) at the Highest Quality for the portfolio
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, HRBP Team, TA Team, HR Ops Team, COE, Corp HR Team, etc
  • Employee Outreach
  • Drive Employee Engagement via New Joiner Session, Open Forums, Upward Feedback, Supervisory Sessions, One on One meetings, RnR, Process awareness sessions, etc
  • Continuous connect (In person & virtual) with supervisors & employees to drive HR actionable and understand the challenges at the business end
  • Attrition Management
  • Complete the retention conversations as per the TAT and understood the root cause of the resignations in your portfolio
  • Reduce NJ, women & overall Attrition in the region via driving employee retention custom interventions
  • Brilliant Basics
  • Manage the brilliant basics as per the TAT - Embark NJ, Confirmations, BGV red, Movements, Mandatory leave, PIP, Job Rotation, etc
  • Work on the employee grievances, concerns or complaints within the TAT
  • Talent Management
  • Drive Internal elevations & movements cross functional with the internal first approach
  • Conduct Career Discussions & Talent Review with the identified employees
  • Culture
  • Drive a culture of Nurture, Care, Collaborate, Inclusivity and continuous feedback through proactive HR programs or interventions
  • Implementation of centrally designed intervention for low Vibes score managers
  • D&I and wellness
  • Support central level initiatives to drive gender & PWD diversity for your portfolio
  • Create awareness on the D&I process and policies for your portfolio
