• 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.
• Experience working with mid‑size or large organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with ability to work in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS tools, and data interpretation.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills
