HR Service Manager (HRSM) – Samastipur and Muzaffarpur Bihar (On-site)

CASHPOR Micro Credit is looking for an experienced HR Service Manager (HRSM) to support our field operations in Samastipur and Muzaffarpur, Bihar. This is a field-based HR role responsible for talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and training across the assigned region.

This position is intended for HR professionals with prior experience in Microfinance Institutions (MFI), NBFCs, or the Banking industry. Candidates from other industries are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field and branch operations.
• Ensure all regional vacancies are closed within the defined TAT.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, onboarding, and induction.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Organise campus hiring, job fairs, and local recruitment drives.
• Support lateral hiring for operational and managerial positions.

HR Operations

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, probation confirmation, transfers, exits, and Full & Final settlements.
• Coordinate PF, gratuity, statutory compliance, and employee records.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment MIS, and workforce analytics.

Employee Relations

• Resolve employee grievances and provide HR support across branches.
• Conduct regular branch visits and interact with employees at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate induction programmes and employee training.
• Conduct HR awareness sessions on POSH, ICC, Whistleblower Policy, Grievance Redressal, and company policies.
• Support employee engagement, recognition programmes, and HR workshops.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience in an MFI, NBFC, or Bank.
• Experience in Field HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partnering.

Education
