Human Resources Business Partner

We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | Gurugram

Sukoon Health is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to drive end-to-end HR strategy and execution across our psychiatry centres in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Clinical Heads and centre leadership on people strategy
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Lead onboarding, training, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Manage HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws
• Drive a positive, high-performance, and patient-centric workplace culture

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 6+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a generalist HR role
• Healthcare or hospital HR experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on and data-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
