Job Description

Are you an HR subject matter expert with hands-on experience in implementing HR systems. Do you thrive at the intersection of local HR operations and global technology transformation.

We are building a high-impact team to support a global Oracle HCM implementation across 14 countries and 25+ entities. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering the opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale global transformation.

In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between in-country HR teams and the central project implementation team. You will develop a deep understanding of local HR processes, legal requirements, and absence rules, and translate those into clear, actionable requirements for Business Analysts and technical implementers.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves whether that means gathering data, liaising with 3rd party payroll providers, or documenting unstructured processes. You will get the unique opportunity to support multiple brands across multiple countries in a truly global transformation program.

What You'll Do

Act as the Bridge Between Local HR & Implementation Teams

  • Partner with in-country HR teams across 14 countries to understand their current processes, legal obligations, and reporting requirements.
  • Translate local HR needs into functional requirements for the Oracle HCM implementation team and Business Analysts.
  • Ensure that global templates are localized appropriately without breaking compliance.

Process Design & Documentation

  • Lead HR process design, mapping, and documentation for each entity/country.
  • Identify gaps between current state (as-is) and future state (to-be) on Oracle HCM.
  • Work with inexperienced or unstructured HR teams to bring clarity and standardization.

Data & Readiness

  • Roll up your sleeves to gather, validate, and clean HR data for migration.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) from an in-country HR perspective.
  • Assist in change management and training for local HR users.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in HR process design, documentation, and transformation.
  • 8-15+ years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in global HR system implementations preferably Oracle HCM.
  • Alternatively, strong experience with: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multi-country HR teams and understanding local HR regulations (e.g., labor laws, statutory compliance, absence rules).
  • Experience working with inexperienced or unstructured HR teams and bring order without friction.
  • Hands-on experience supporting large-scale HRIS implementations or transformations in a rapid timeline.
