Responsibilities
HR Systems & Operations Management
- Work with HR applications including Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, and case management tools like ServiceNow and Workday Help.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes for EMEA/UK regions.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of HR data quality and system integrity.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Handle complex HR escalations and provide resolution with root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify systemic issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of employee and process-related issues.
Training & Capability Development
- Design and deliver training programs for new joiners and existing employees.
- Support ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement.
- Foster a learning-driven and performance-oriented team environment.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with HR governance and quality assurance frameworks.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR projects and initiatives.
- Manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Promote teamwork, inclusion, and employee-centric culture.
