Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Associate. The role involves supporting HR operations, managing employee records, assisting with training and development initiatives, and contributing to day-to-day HR management tasks. The Human Resources Associate will act as a point of contact for employees, helping to address needs, manage communications, and foster a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with various teams across the organization is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of HR/Recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or an AI-focused product company.
• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and general Human Resources practices
• Experience in Training & Development and employee growth initiatives
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with employees and teams
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
