We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee compensation records.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance management processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
