Job Title: HR Associate

Company: Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd.

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Experience: 6 Months 2 Years (Full-Time Experience)

Salary Range: 3.5 LPA 4 LPA (Based on skills & experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Associate to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment (primarily Non-IT roles), employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles such as:
  • Accountant
  • Sales Executive
  • Customer Support Executive
  • Assist in hiring for selective IT roles (e.g., Digital Marketing).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
2. Onboarding & Induction
  • Manage complete onboarding process.
  • Documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Monitor and manage attendance records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs.
  • Leave tracking and management.
4. Exit Management
  • Handle resignation process and exit formalities.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Manage Full & Final settlement coordination.
  • Asset collection and handover process.
5. Employee Relations
  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Support HR policies implementation.
  • Maintain employee engagement and discipline.
6. HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain and update employee database.
  • Support in policy communication and implementation.
  • Manage employee information confidentially.
  • Coordinate asset allocation and tracking.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on recruitment experience (Non-IT mandatory).
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labor compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • 6 months to 2 years of full-time HR experience.
  • Experience in apparel, retail, or e-commerce industry preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to JP Nagar.
