Job description:

Recruitment Support:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to source candidates effectively.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as necessary.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees and address their initial queries and concerns.

Employment Engagement

  1. Employee Experience & Culture Building Develop and implement engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, foster employee well-being, and drive a positive work environment.
  2. Communication & Engagement Activities Plan and manage internal communication, surveys, and engagement events to ensure employees feel valued, heard, and connected to organizational goals.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Any other task assigned by line manager.

Qualification and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters/Diploma/ Postgraduate / Degree in Human Resources
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with various direct sourcing techniques, including knowledge of job posting and searching through professional platforms such as LinkedIn/Indeed/NGO box/Naukri etc.

Nature of Appointment:

The selected candidate shall be initially offered fixed term staff contract up to 31st December 2025. The position will be prolonged subject to satisfactory performance, project extension and fund availability.

Compensation offered:

The gross remuneration budgeted for the position shall be commensurate with the qualifications, experience, and salary history, of the selected candidate.
