F13 Technologies is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Associate to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking and employee records.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and performance reviews.
- Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Other Duties:
- Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with HRIS systems and Slack
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology industry.
- SHRM or HRCI certification.
