Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records using HRMS and digital tools.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Use AI tools for resume parsing, candidate shortlisting, and HR analytics.
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data insights.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management are preferred.
- 0–1 year of HR experience or relevant internship exposure.
- Strong technical skills (MS Excel, Google Workspace, HR software).
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or HR tech is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ATS, HRMS, or AI-based recruitment tools.
