Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Kochi. In this role, the Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR operations, managing human resources information systems (HRIS), assisting with benefits administration, coordinating training programs, and performing other HR-related administrative tasks. The individual will collaborate with the HR team to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and provide support for organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
  • Knowledge and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Strong understanding of Benefits Administration practices
  • Familiarity with Training programs and employee development processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR-related role is preferred
