Human Resources Intern (3 Months -Unpaid)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at our Kochi location, spanning a duration of three months. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities, such as coordinating recruitment processes, supporting the implementation of HR policies, maintaining personnel records, and assisting in the development of employee benefits programs. Additional responsibilities may include administrative support, data analysis, and collaboration with team members to ensure seamless HR operations.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and a basic understanding of HR functions and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management, HR Policies, and compliance with industry standards
• Experience or understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
